Originally, I hailed from the picturesque landscapes of California, where sunshine and serenity were constants in my life. However, life had other plans, leading me to the vibrant and dynamic city of New York. This transition marked not only a change in location but also a profound shift in my professional journey.
With over 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with both youth and adults, gaining insights into the intricate tapestry of human experiences. In addition to my clinical practice, I've also had the honor of serving as an adjunct professor at esteemed institutions such as Hunter College and Teachers College, Columbia University. It's here that I've seen the incredible potential of nurturing young minds and fostering a new generation of compassionate mental health professionals.
